When most buyers go into home search mode - they may come up with 50+ listings to see. Naturally, that's too many houses to look at if you're on a short visit from out of town! We can help you to narrow your search down to a couple dozen houses, with these items in mind:

• Before leaving town, put your needs into one list. Then list the things you simply want in another. When a house comes up short on your must-haves, there's no need to even spend time looking at it.
• Know your budget. If you are going to get a home loan, have your pre-approved amount prior to seeing listings so we can eliminate homes which exceed your price range.
• Think about drive time to your job or other interests. Traffic in the Central Ohio area could be different than what you're used to, so let us know how much time you're ready to spend travelling each day.

We can send you some best recommendations prior to your arrival. Or if you've done your own research already, let us know what you've found. While virtual tours and photos are helpful, there's nothing like touring homes in person. We can arrange any necessary appointments and map a route. We could see up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day if we work efficiently.
